Yaaaaaaay, it's doooooone! FINALLY!!!!!
Yes after what seems like forever my lovely watchers/friends, I have completed my first mural!
I was commissioned to do this in August of of 2010 by my cousins, Todd and Roni. They wanted me to paint one of the walls of the room for their newborn son, Maricio. I had been working on this for months now, and have finally finished it! Mari really likes it, too. He can't stop staring at it It was a little daunting at first, because even though I love painting I don't do it very often, and I have never done anything this big. But it turned out lovely!
You can see my process from bare wall to finished product The tree was looking a little creepy when I first started painting else I also took pictures of all my favourite parts of the mural. Todd wanted me to sign it when I was done, and I gave shout out my fave band, My Chemical Romance in my signature. ART IS THE WEAPON, OH YEAH!
Then Roni took pictures of me and Mari in front of the mural, but he kept looking back at it. Luckily we got some shots of him actually facing her when she took the pics
I had SO MUCH FUN working on this, I hope I can do something like it again soon!}

How do you get the colors to blend so well? I epically fail at this!

^{It's hard! I honestly don't know! XD lol You just have to kind of keep practicing the blending until you're satisfied with how it looks, and experimenting with what colours different combos create}
